When I first started stacking, I had some big orders delivered to my home. I live in a sketchy area, and 2 different letter carriers commented on how heavy my packages were. I went out and rented a mailing service in a town about 30 miles away. They sign for my orders and I pick them up from there. No more curious comments from anybody.

In the States safety deposit boxes at the bank are not covered by federal deposit insurance like your savings are. And they are found missed items fairly regularly. Do your research.

Yeah, no face reveals from my side on YT and no hints to where I exactly live. And indeed, seen a rise in scammers on the secondary market in my country the last years. Indeed got to be very careful with buying and selling, before people "visit" you at home. Valid points about security and great video Mister B&B 👮‍♂️😎

Yea, got to be so careful, would be so easy for someone to find out that my pin number 1342 is the same as my house number and indeed the combination to my safe. Here on the longest street in Bullshire where i live we have a saying; "fool me twice, well the jokes on you, you already had everything the first time"

Absolutely great advice. I agree. This is why I’ve never and will never do a full stack video. It’s foolish. I’ve only been on YT for a small amount of time. But in that time I’ve heard and seen numerous channels and good people being robbed because they show their “Full Stack” videos. While it is cool to show and share your hobby with likeminded people. You have to also keep in mind. You’re showing and telling how much money you have just lingering around your home or place of business.

Thanks for the info. Back in grad school, I took a class in lost wax jewelry making and poured silver to make pins and pendents in the shape of galaxies. Your work's got me interested again. Thanks for doing the vids on furnaces.

I used to be mocked, laughed at, look at and treated with suspicion...
and proven right many times, for practicing and preaching "sane" paranoia, anonymity etc., for these and other reasons.

Lots of people get robbed of their precious metals and other stuff, by: "Friends, " "family, " neighborhood members... who have information, or ideas of their target ahead of time and they usually have an addiction to feed. And yes, sometimes there are coincidences.

People of the same hobbies and interests, tend to go to places and events of said interests, like coin shows and coin shops.
They also seem to spot and talk, with other people with the same likes, interests, curiosities...

I’ve seen people on that Reddit forum posting pictures of themself wearing a T-shirt out in public promoting physical silver 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️. Couldn’t help but think they are wearing a giant sign that says “I own lots of silver”.
