DIY AT HOME EYELASH EXTENSIONS

I'm going to show you how I apply my eyelash extensions that last for up to 4 weeks. Of course this is not the professional way to do it but if you're someone like me who loves to do everything at home on yourself this would be great for you! It's time consuming but if done correctly the results are amazing.

Please be careful while applying these lashes! This is not a recommended lash tech approved way of applying extensions since these are clusters and not individuals. So, attempt at your own RISK!

After doing this a few times here are my tips:
-don’t use a ton of glue. Too little is better than too much
-don’t glue to the skin
-use knot-free individuals
-brush out your lashes first
-black glue is better than clear

Guys just be careful when you remove the lashes, only use the lash remover that had been designed for the same glue and more importantly be careful not to allow the remover into your eye otherwise it will burn like hell for 5-8 sec and it hurts like crazy!!! The best way to remove them is to soak an earbud into the solution, place it onto the root of the lashes and keep it there for a few sec then roll the earbud with downward motions. If you do it upward it gets into your eyes and it burns like hell. If you are patient it comes off easily, once you are done just apply a cold compress on your eyelid: cotton pad soaked into cold water. This always works as the glue remover is a harsh chemical and will cause sensitivity and irritation to your eyes. Remember also to condition your lashes after: I use olive oil or coconut oil. Otherwise great video, this is exactly how I do my cluster lashes.

I take regular $1 eyelashes, fan them out with a spoolie while they are still on the package, cut them up in short strips and attach them with a super strength eyelash glue. Same results, cheaper.

For the ladies that are saying they lost some lashes:

It's not so much about the removal (although this is just as important) but more the application!

When applying "individual" lash extensions they should indeed be applied to one natural lash = 1 extension on 1 natural lash. When applied on top of 2 or a few lashes, you're at risk of ripping your natural lashes out. Every lash grows at different speeds and when one lash grows faster than the other, it forces the other one attatched to the extension to come out also.

You will end up with sore eyelids or missing lashes :(

If this hasn't happened to you then great, and they look beautiful! But keep this in mind pls :(

This is awesome Raye Raye!. I been using castor oil on my eyelashes and it's been a month since I used mascara on my lashes. My top and bottom lashes grew. I don't even use mascara anymore. I just curl my lashes now since they are starting to look full. On the weekends I just add the individual lashes if I'm going out somewhere :) but I don't add mascara. I take off the lashes with baby oil so the glue won't pull on my lashes.

I can remember the first time I had cluster lashes done, oml, I said "natural look" to the woman and I ended up looking like I had a furry insect across my eye. Could barely open my eyes. 😭

I just need to say Thank You ❣❣❣❣ I was applying them under a long time ago then started using strips. Applying these on top wasnt working for me. I was doing medium, long, medium long instead of building a foundation with mediums. I DID IT !!! Finally I appreciate you 💚
SB: vasoline, mineral oil or coconut oil on each lid for 20 mins is a sure way to get these off and keep your natural lashes for anyone who may not agree with the removal of these the store brought remover burns 😑

As a professional lash extension technician, this video scares me quite a bit. The reason why cluster lashes are rarely used is because they can be really damaging to you natural lashes, especially if you have thinner natural lashes, that cannot carry the weight of normal clusters. Also if you are not a trained professional, using a permanent glue on an open eye is really dangerous, as you need to have the proper knowledge and remedies to remove glue quickly if something goes wrong or you have an allergic reaction. 😣

LOVE this and you KNOW I will be doing this myself! and I am like you, MORE is MORE and with lashes  it can ONLY be a good thing!! PLUS NO MORE messing with lash strips and glue melting and corners letting loose at a REALLY NOT good moment. Not to mention no RACCOON eyes from mascara mixing with sweat, oil, concealer and your EYE cream in the summer! LOOKS beautiful, not to mention waking up looking pretty! Thanks for tutorial!
