Public comments wanted on expansion of I-15 in northern Utah

Major changes are being planned for Interstate 15 from Salt Lake County up to Davis County.

It doesn’t matter what is built or how big. As soon as it’s built it will be packed and obsolete. The only solution is the only one that won’t be even talked about. Limits on growth, development and population. Some how infinite growth in a finite area is considered reasonable and normal but restricting growth to what could be sustainable is too radical.

So, their two solutions basically copy things that have been tried in Southern California, neither of which did anything to reduce traffic congestion.

Uhhhh... Expanding won't do anything. Quit tearing up the freeway every 5 months!

the express lanes are a waste think if all the traffic could move over one lane. that would keep cars away from on and off ramps. traffic would go faster

A way they can utilize a road without doing traffic is increasing the miles per hour on legacy road and connecting it bam problem solved it has 2 extra lanes. Those roads need to be utilized. I don’t think much people drive on them because of how slow it is.
