Guys I just improved my game 100%. You need to turn off/ gpu acceleration in windows settings. See which one works for you. For me my cpu was throttling so I got it cleaned and changed the thermal paste, now my gpu usage stays above 85%. You have to make sure your cpu isnt running too hot, if it is it can cause cpu bottleneck . Also don't forget to tamper with the gpu acceleration setting

how is your game not stuttering? i run this game on i5 8400 + gtx 1070 + 8 GB RAM and my game is usually 60+FPS (i use potato mod) but the game stutters adn freezes for like 5-30 seconds randomly....
