I’m just so impressed with how the Walmart manager delivered the feedback and how she was able to maintain calm /professional/ respectful when the employee is having a hard time acknowledging his issues and not able to take the constructive feedback.

🤩The Walmart supervisor is in the wrong job. She needs to be in a much higher position. She’s articulate, assertive, intelligent and patient. Walmart don’t pay good wages. She deserves to be paid appropriately for all her incredible skills. 👏👏👏

that walmart manager is incredible, you can tell she’s great at her job. obviously we don’t have all the information but it definitely did not look like a wrongful termination.

“We are gonna stop it right there” yep. The guy wasn’t wrongfully terminated. He was trying to defend being a total jerk to a customer.

That Walmart manager is amazing at her job. I loved that she listened to him, acknowledged everything he said to let him know he was heard, and then explained why he was wrong, and all while being respectful about the customer in question. He wasn't wrongfully terminated at all. It sucks when someone gets fired in this economy but it really sounds like he made a poor judgment, and by what she said, it wasn't the first time this had happened with him so most likely he'd been warned before.
I hope that this teaches him a lesson enough to where he can find another job and be better at it. And this manager deserves a raise.

So let me get this straight. In Sacramento you can steal from a store in front of the police, take a dump on the sidewalk, and shoot up in front of the police. But get in trouble for handing out water and drawing with chalk on the side walk. Makes perfect sense.

The lady doing the termination at Walmart is very awesome at her job and the way she speaks. She deserves a better place to work dealing with people like that

That walmart employee complaining that he "doesn't have all this time to be helping" says it all with that one sentence. He is the example you see in training videos of how not to act in the service industry, straight up.
