I bought a big piece of pork from Costco and cut it up it to steaks froze them now I’ve got enough for 2 weeks or more and only 20 quid 😊 next is a bit of beef 🥩 try do the same bought some Cajun rub still loving the flavours

So you're not concerned about getting 100% grassfed organic? It's definitely very hard on the pocketbook to do so, I know! I'm in that dilemma. Trying to find a compliant rancher to buy a half or so cow from in the NorCal area!

I looked at these today. Need a new refrigerator to handle bulk meat. Even if I had the butcher cut it. Plus hubby’s down to 16 teeth so burger is more his speed. We get a quarter grass fed n finished cow from a local farm.
