Thanks so much you saved my day! I had replaced my filter, and used a needle to press down but the red light wouldn't go away. So I found this video, which said not to press down too hard (I was pressing too hard) and to press for at least 5 seconds. So I tried that and the red light finally went out. Thanks so much this saved me some frustration and worried something was wrong with the unit! Works fine now! 🎉

I couldn’t find the reset hole on my model and then realized it’s in the middle of the reset icon lol. Thanks so much for the info!
