Dodo Ikire -how to make ripe plantain snack

dodo 'kire or dodo ikire, sweet chewy spicy snack, yummy and easy to prepare with just 3 or 4 ingredients.
I tried making it without salt and fried really dark and another one with salt.
Guess tge one I liked better!
I watched other 2 YouTube videos to arrive at my choice method.
