When I started using PS a couple of years ago, I thought I would need *all* of the buttons.
Two years later, I'm watching this video and thinking, "Yeah, I don't use *half of them* ", and I can't imagine myself *ever* having a use for some of them.
I think it's time for me to do a bit of pruning.

I tend to use just a few of the same tools a lot, and a bunch of the others infrequently, this is very useful. I'm now able to have a few different setups, for different things. Portraits have their own toolbar, as do reload a different preset each time

You can actually right click on the toolbar group to reveal the tools as well that is much more convenient...
