I don’t have a blanket but I have the portable infared sauna from therasage and I use the ozone03 module from them as well when I’m in the Infared sauna to further detox during my session and bring in that extra oxygen in through my skin

Hi dear Dr Mindy! I have a question for you!y sweet hubby got me a sauna blanket for Christmas. He did a little research and read reviews knowing it might not be a top of the line sauna blanket but hopefully good enough. The brand is lifepro. Anyway, I was so excited to use it but then came across this review a accidentally when looking for something else and this person was talking about the importance of getting an emf reader and that anything over 40 V is cancer causing! Now I’m scared to use it! Do you think I should purchase am EMF reader?
Wish he would have gotten the one you recommended but had a hard time feeling like we could afford it. This one was originally close to the same price but had a great Black Friday deal with a couple hundred dollars off. Thank you for all that you do!❤

Sauna blankets advertise a sauna insert if you want as absorbs the sweat.
But does using a towel insert with the sauna blanket stop you getting the benefit of the infra red and red light on your skin ?

Curious if emfs are high on a sauna blanket the way they are on a heating pad or blanket? I have a infared red light that I love and I love the idea of a sauna blanket but worried about laying on it the same way you wouldn’t want a cell phone or a wifi router next to your body.
