So the cpu(s) regulating voltage and thus light output to those individual diodes or pixels would have to compute & act on the data received from the LIDAR/Camera faster than the speed of light of oncoming traffic. There must be a delay/lag in response I bet it’s 1-3 seconds. With heavy fog or scattered mist it can be very dangerous.

Life is not a James Bond Movie, bright HIDs or LEDs do the trick.

The Germans always over-complicate simple physics in the name of useless innovations. But this scientific audacity is what makes them great & the first at many things.
