The B-52 continues to keep its place in the clouds by being upgraded periodically. The B-52 first flew all the way back in 1955, and continues to do so today.

Not only are a hairstyle and band named after the B-52. Also a drink, at least in China at the Shamrock Sports Bar on third ring road in ChengDu, also at Helen's Sports Bar on Consulate Road in ChengDu, as well as at the clubs around SiChuan University, also in ChengDu. ChengDu sure loves B-52s. 😄
