HOW TO USE SUZUKI CONNECT

Suzuki Connect* allows you to seamlessly connect to your car via your smartphone, offering essential vehicle status notifications such as alerts for lights left on or doors unlocked. You can even remotely lock your car and receive security notifications for added peace of mind, including alarms and engine start alerts.

Discover additional features like the parked car locator, which helps you find and share your car's location within seconds. Whether you're a new S-Cross owner or already driving one, setting up Suzuki Connect is easy with guidance from your dealer. They'll provide a Suzuki Connect registration form with a unique QR code linking to your vehicle. Simply scan it to start the registration process on Suzuki's website, where you'll create an account using your email, contact details, and vehicle identification number.

Ensure your vehicle is parked with good connectivity and ignition on, then download the Suzuki Connect app from the App Store or Google Play. Complete the setup by logging into your account, configuring notifications, and creating a remote access pin for managing car doors from your phone. Verify the E-call Button status, and once confirmed, you're all set to enjoy the full benefits of Suzuki Connect.

*Suzuki Connect is free for the first 36 months. At the end of this period, membership will not auto-renew and you will have the option of paying monthly, paying annually or cancelling the service. Available on new S-Cross only (2021 onwards).
