If you cannot have loaded images then do one more step not described in this video.
Steps to Enable Email Images on MacOS:
1. Open the Mail app on your Mac.
2. Click on the Settings (⚙) icon in the top-right corner.
• 🡆 Privacy tab.
• 🡆 Uncheck the option “Hide IP Address.”
3. Quit the Mail app:
• Right-click the Mail app icon in the dock.
• Select Quit.
4. Reopen the Mail app.
• All images in your emails should now load properly.
