Tomb Raider Legend - Speedrun : Cadarev's flashback skip crazy optimisation

I tryhard this shit during 3 hours, with the damn unskippable cinematic again and again for a 3-4 sec optimisation. It's really hard to do (if you do it in ss you are crazy) because you need to jump at the very last moment, or she didn't turn herself and you can't have the 2nd airwalk. Well, I know what to do if I redo my segmented run later.
Last advice if you want train it: do it on the 1st person after the entity sequence to avoid this fu**ing cinematic.
