Some people just don't care I used to be a manager in a MPS kitchen I was a manager II you would have to check labels dates everything in the refrigerator in the freezers even in your storage you have to check those things to see and if there is cook food and you're going to save it you should let it cool down at room temperature cover it or put it in plastic label it and put it away if you're going to have that food within a week then it should be froze you shouldn't be storing food over 1 month in a refrigerator or freezer that is totally nasty some people just don't care now, I go and check on restaurants I am a dietitian nutritionist and I go to these schools to find out if they are following the code, sanitizing cleaning proper food handling food whenever you put food up first then first must come back out all of that washing hands properly you know even some of the adults I had to get rid of some people because they're hygiene was just terrible you know and they wanted to work around food and serve food to our kids you can't do stuff like that so yeah I don't get it either thank you so much for sharing your favorites God bless you🌹🙏
