We just consider the butlers as professional friends. We tell them our plans and they work out how to help. They are fantastic - particularly on Preziosa which we were on the month before you. In fact, it looks like you were escorted to the theatre and off the ship by our last butler - Marielle, who made our cruise an absolute pleasure. 😊
