Its OK to skip one day Friday prayers for the sake of community safety and health.care for others well being is a big concern.is a part we all have to play.we as Muslim should be able to understand this cause we have most important 5 times a day prayer we have to do at our on responsibility.

As a Muslim, Friday Prayers are important, but health and safety for others is as important to me and my faith.

I don't believe that they should close the mosque after Friday prayers, just so to allow congregation of of my fellow brothers for Friday PRAYERS, which will reflect poorly on my faith as being selfish and ignorant.

Here is what my take would be, just be patient and listen, and act accordingly. Don't create comparisons between ANY religions. It is bad enough that we are going through this Pandemic, but let's go through this together. As one Ummah.

Churches should follow Mosques doing well in protecting their followers. Churches doing well also.

I regret those ppl who went to Malaysia where thousand of ppl gathered. They should heed our minister warning not to attend any huge gathering..Being stubborn n ignorant are bad enuf in this kind of situation.. But it's too late, baby. Now it's too late.

Singapore education sistem very super n power. Nice to see all the citizen can communicate very well n efficiency in english. Their governnent has done very responsibilities duties to upgrade their educational system.

Praying at home with your family, does that make you any less pious? TRUE religion is how you treat
No point if you pray on a regular basis but on other hand, you say or do things to hurt others.
We should keep an open mind and work to help prevent this virus from spreading.

Although, cleaning of Mosque is helpful, its the gathering of many people in an enclosed area that will be the true culprit of spread. So what if your Mosque is super clean and an infected asymptomatic person walks in for prays, hundreds of people would be at risk. People need to stay home or pray in isolation/distance. Ban or heavily discourage pray groups large or small. It would be nice if you issue all visitors with masks.
