Louisville native here been gone 40 years, Texas is my home State. I'm a black man retired Air Force. This uncle Ruckus Tom has no chance in my opinion. Jefferson county/Louisville is not going to favor him which is a third of KY. I believe a third of the population outside of Jefferson county won't favor him, therefore he won't win. An Oreo cookie with the likes of Clearance Thomas, Tim Scott, Larry elder and Candace Owens. Andy is a very nice guy, very compassionate, he's respected and liked all over America and a friend to my Family.
