No need to download/install anything to do this with the latest firefox press Alt+T and then after it opens the menu press I to view page info.

This only partially works. It doesn't easily copy color and multiple pages in a spreadsheet unfortunately. There has to be a better way. This is a pain in the ass.

There's a continuation of your method:
1. after you got embedded link open it in Firefox, go to sheet you want to save, and save page as "HTML web page (full)" (don't use any non english symbols)
2. copy HTML file and it's folder to any USB flash drive (I don't know why it is so but it is important)
3. open saved HTML file via Internet Explorer (it will hang for a while)
4. click File -> save as -> choose ".mht file" -> save to place whatever you want
You can open mht files via Internet Explorer and even on your Android device via MHT Viewer.

Another one:
1. on 4:05 in video instead of selecting all sheet just select any two slots, CTRL+C
2. paste it in Excel sheet with CTRL+V, after that you will see clipboard icon near your pasted sheet, click on it and select "Refreshable Web Query"
3. press Start and then press Import

How to extract .htm file from .mht file:
on Android:
1. open your .mht file using app named "File Viewer" and you will see "save" button
2. open your .mht file using app named "Chm Reader X", after that if extraction successful extracted .htm file will appear in the same folder where is .mht file stored

on desktop Windows:
1. in Total Commander open your .mht file using Lister feature
2. in Total Commander open your .mht file using any of these plugins:

* wcx_MhtUnPack-2.1
* MhtUnp_0.1.1
