Video: Catherine Pugh becomes Baltimore's 50th mayor

Baltimore City welcomed a new mayor on Tuesday. Catherine Pugh, a longtime public servant who has represented the city in the state Senate for the last decade, was inaugurated as Baltimore's 50th mayor in a ceremony at the War Memorial Building.
