Pastice me beshamel - Maccaroni and cheese

Ingredients
500 gr tube pasta (bucatini)
450 ml milk
4 eggs
200 g goat cheese Eco Market
200 g caciocavallo cheese
Salt
Pepper

For the bechamel
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons flour
350 ml milk
salt
pepper

Preparation
• Boil the bucatini for 8 minutes.
• Meanwhile, beat 4 eggs with milk and add in chopped goat cheese.
• Prepare the bechamel with 1 tablespoon of butter and 2 tablespoons of flour, mix well and pour the milk. Add salt and pepper until it thickens. Mix them well and remove from fire.
• In a buttered casserole add the drained pasta and then mix with eggs, milk and cheese.
• Then add the bechamel above also grate all the caciocavallo cheese.
• Bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.

Nuk eshte macaroni and cheese po pastiço tjeter gatim eshte ajo qe thua I bere njerezit lemsh, kakaronat me djath jane gatime te amerikes kurse pastiçio gatim ballkanas 😂😂😂
