Lucario uses extreme speed in a blink of an eye it disappears charging at Wooper, but to wooper, Lucario is moving in slow motion, he effortlessly dodges lucarios attack but in super slow mo Lucario glances at Wooper as it passes while Wooper does the same a smile slowly appears on Woopers face while a sense of dread appears on Lucario's, in less than a blink Wooper flips around and smashes Lucario with its tail, shattering its spine and ribs.

Lucario hits the ground with incredible force breaking the floor, sending out shockwaves for miles around the Pokémon League HQ the wave reaches a nearby town and as it passes windows shatter trees are snapped, cars are lifted off the ground activating there car alarms.

Back at the PKMN HQ the arena's lighting falls to the floor shattering into pieces sending sparks flying the building threatens to collapse at any moment. until the the shaking finally stops. The room is in shambles Lucario is in the ground leg twitching, Cynthia in absolute shock slowly glances from the carnage to the little Wooper on the arena floor, and alls it has to say, with a big smile, "WOOPA~" :D
