Joe Biden greeted by Rishi Sunak as he arrives in Belfast

President Joe Biden has touched down in Belfast for his whistle stop tour of the island of Ireland.
The US leader was greeted on the tarmac by Rishi Sunak after the famous Airforce One swooped in right on time at around 9.20pm.
He will only stay fleetingly in Northern Ireland, where he will meet the Prime Minister for talks on "areas of mutual interest" tomorrow, according to No 10.
The majority of his trip will be spent in the Republic, where he has family roots.
Mr Sunak welcomed Mr Biden to the UK with a warm smile, while the president saluted the Lord Lieutenant of County Antrim.
