Summer’s End hits me where it hurts. It makes me see flashes of the beautiful past that I left behind, toward where everyone is happily moving on, yet my heart is still lost by the reality where such happiness is no more.
I think that’s why I can relate to the characters in this event so much. Mess on her pure intention to get rid of the “evil monster” she sees in existence; Serpent on her desire to shield everyone from sadness; and Roulecca on the past she can’t leave behind.

I don't usually like EN dub, but this scene wouldn't have hit so hard if I had listened to it in any other language. The lines delivery by both Roulecca and her father's VA was on point, it tugged at my heart.

To be fair, I like the EN dub for this game all around.
