"P.S. I Love You" is a song recorded by English rock band the Beatles in 1962. It was composed principally by Paul McCartney (credited to Lennon–McCartney), and produced by Ron Richards. The song was released in the UK on 5 October 1962 as the B-side of their debut single "Love Me Do" and is also included on their debut album Please Please Me (1963). It was later included on the American release Introducing... The Beatles (1964), its reissue The Early Beatles (1965), and the Beatles compilation album Love Songs (1977).

This copy of Please Please Me is a rare Malaysian Parlophone pressing, but the album sleeve is made from England in 1963. sadly I do not have the Discogs release because there are nowhere to be found.

Subscribe to the channel if you'd like to see more of these coming soon, and if you've done it then thanks and your support is appreciated! Subscribing helps me and my channel out a bunch, and it inspires me to release more content like this!

This great song has been running around in my head. I still love it, and I still love The Beatles.

To imagine it took only 3 years from this song to Help! and 4 years to Tomorrow Never Knows. Not that this song is any lesser quality, but it shows how the Beatles get mature and never stop improvising their skills in music and lyrics.

I heard this on the radio the otter day, I was immediately transported to sitting in front of my record player in the living room. Loved this song then and still to this day.❤

Great to hear this in stereo considering it was recorded in mono. I can say that growing up listening to the Beatles what a magic era never to ever be repeated no matter what

Just perfect.
Sadly we will never hear this quality of songs ever again.

Probably i’ve just figured out what i’d like to see as a present for my birthday(which i’ll celebrate again in 11 months, never mind).Vinyl and albums of the Beatles will bring you pleasure even if you don’t adore their art

Thanks for posting. For a long time this was a hard to find song in the original format. It has always been my favorite early Beatles tune.

Incredible song, but that's the Beatles. Almost every song was a hit. Them, the Stones, Elvis and Bowie. Glad I grew up then, otherwise I'd be listening to Biance and DoJo Cat thinking they were the best things ever.

This was the first Beatles song with vaudeville overtones.Later ones include Good Day Sunshine, When I'm 64, and Honey Pie.

The first thing I notice (besides the enormous label of that record), is how well I can hear the vocal harmonies. This was also true for, "All My Loving." When they transfer these recordings to Compact Disc, the vocal parts get mushed together, and the distinct vocal sounds get lost.
This is one reason why I am so glad Santa brought us a new turntable for Christmas!

The channel separation is leaning left and all you have to do is have the balance in center so its equal all the time.
