But I love how the song makes me feel. When ever the choir in my church sings it I just feel like they're little lambs praying and singing and crying out to the Lord giving Him thanks along with the elders that cast their crowns before him 😭😭😭 I ♥️☝️👑

I can truly say this the best version of the Doxology out there, the others tried....but this have something more than the others. i believe that the others failed of making the Doxology a Holy Song. The others sing it so casual, adding new lyrics, making the Doxolgy less of a Holy song, therefore loosing its original meaning. in this version for me capture Psalms 51-17 so clearly "O Lord, open thou my lips; and my mouth shall shew forth thy praise.
For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering. The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise."
Elevation Worship sing this song with a Contrite heart, not really a broken spirit; and with this type of spirit makes the song more Holy. this is how you sing the Doxology

This song just reels me in whenever I hear it! It's also been the song administering the peace of God to me in my sleep or whenever I'm under stress. A daily reminder of who I can look to when I'm overwhelmed, and will trade my stress for His strengh.

However, I didn't see anyone just thanking Chris Brown for at least a second when he hit that high note at 2:43? I will be honest, first time I heard it I was pleasantly caught off guard. That note just blessed me I just had to bring it up! 😅.

The whole album was a trip 🔥🔥 I'd listen to it for all of eternity, God's willing if we can 🙏

In my opinion, the title Paradoxology (contradictory statements that seem absurd and illogical yet reveal a certain truth) refers to our triune God, He who is the one but manifested himself in three distinct persons, the Father, the Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit.

Our own God is revealed in the Bible as a complex being whose existence exceeds far beyond the thoughts of the human mind. God himself is a paradox to anyone who doesn't have faith in him. Let's be thankful to have a God who loves and delights in unity.
