Thank you for offering options that can still help, especially for people who don’t have the money for higher-cost procedures, Dr. Rajani. You speak the honest truth based on your experience providing a multitude of service in your industry and you even admit that your services are on the pricier side—and I truly appreciate and respect you for that.

I’m not looking for a deep plane or vertical facelift. I don’t want anything that lifts all my facial layers—I’m not trying to have that “old person trying to look young” look. Everyone who gets that type of procedure ends up looking like that to me. What I want is a superficial skin lift—something that improves my skin tone, tightens my face slightly, and enhances my overall appearance without making me look pulled or unnatural.

I’m tired of the American plastic surgery industry deciding what they think is best. If you went to school for plastic surgery and a patient comes to you with a specific request, you shouldn’t be the one deciding whether or not they “should” get it. Just say whether you can do it or not. This isn’t a life-saving medical treatment—it’s cosmetic. That means you listen to what I want, and if you can’t deliver it, be honest. But don’t try to push me into what benefits you, what lines your pockets, or what fits your idea of beauty.

I’m seeing this over and over again in the American plastic surgery scene—doctors not listening, acting like they know best, when really they’re just selling the procedures they want to perform. I’m over it.

I wish I could use RF but had melanoma so all devices I have seen say don’t use! 😕 Many videos don’t caution about devices on skin cancer sufferers. It didn’t occur to me till I read the RF instruction manual. Had to check with manufacturers of all devices I have. Never even opened my RF device- just sitting in its box! NB didn’t get it from Dr Rajani. 😊

I just want to know why in the world are face lifts so darn expensive? $100, 000 $250, 000? Not that long ago they were $20, 000 and they were lifting muscle also, not just skin. Some plastic surgeons are incredibly greedy! I would never pay that, even if I had it, which I dont. By the way, I really love these videos of yours. Four years ago I had a car accident and The right side of my face is stilll a little paralyzed🤷‍♀️. Muscle tone loss. Family says they do not notice but I do!
