In this video, I make a visit to the Grand Canyon to debunk an article posted by the platform Unilad. They claim that an alien entrance was found on Google Earth at the Grand Canyon. I live close to the Grand Canyon so I thought I would go see what I could find!

👍How to be a respectful visitor to these places👍
Native American groups still live in this area and beyond today. These places are still special and hold significance.

1️⃣Don't climb on walls or structures. Don't lean on or climb over them. Many places don't even need to be visited up close. View these places from a distance or with binoculars.

2️⃣Do not touch the rock art. Don't touch or create new rock art to preserve ancient stories.

3️⃣ Leave All Artifacts. Leave artifacts and structures undisturbed to maintain their historical significance. It is illegal and wrong to take artifacts. If you want something to take home, support local tribes by buying their handicrafts and jewelry.

4️⃣ Manage Waste Responsibly. Use waste bags; don't leave human or pet waste behind. Don't 'go' near cultural sites.

5️⃣ Camp With Care. Don't camp near historical sites. No fires near these areas, and ensure all waste is packed out. Don't make fires in caves or alcoves. Camp in designated spots only. When you leave, make sure to make the site cleaner and better than when you found it. Pick up extra trash you may see.

6️⃣ Control Your Pets. Don't let pets roam freely near archaeological areas to prevent destruction. Pets are not allowed in or near sites.

7️⃣ Preserve Fragile Areas. Don't disturb fossils and please protect delicate soil and plant life.

8️⃣ Follow Rules. Don't engage in illegal actions such as building cairns, or using climbing gear to access archaeological sites.

9️⃣ Obey Drone Rules and Laws. Numerous locations in the American Southwest and beyond, such as the Navajo Reservation, Wilderness Study Areas, and various restricted spaces, enforce strict drone usage prohibitions. It is crucial to not only honor the legacy of the people who once inhabited these areas but also show respect for the present-day residents and adhere to their local laws, customs and regulations.
---------------

Disclaimer: I'm not claiming to be the first to 'discover' these sites. I simply explore intriguing spots I find on Google Earth, with my drone, or through hiking, and share the adventure!

I do not claim to be an expert on anthropology, geology, or archaeology. I don't have a degree or formal training in archaeology. I am just a hiker who loves to explore and see new things especially the ancient history in the American Southwest. This is what my channel is about. I hope you stick around and explore with me!

I do not give out locations to the places in my videos. I take seriously the responsibility to protect and respect these ancient places. If you do find/visit one of these locations, please visit respectfully. I try my best to hide noticeable landmarks, mountains, and canyons in my videos.

I'm loving that you go and check out these places; even if you can't get to them. The journey is the fun. Thanks for this journey!

I have followed this channel from the very beginning when you posted treks to abandoned mines in Ogden LOL. You've really come a long ways, and your ability to tell a story and build suspense has VASTLY improved. Keep up the amazing work!

Even though you weren't able to get close, the angle you were able to get for your photos is more informative than what a satellite camera would pick up. It is interesting how the boulders have such perfect angles, but looking at the cliffs all around, it seems like it might be more common in that location than one might think. Gorgeous scenery! Thanks for this Trek!

I believe the reason many speculate that the Grand Canyon has Egyptian ruins, is because a early 1900s woman geologist and archeologist gave the rock formations Egyptian names, like the Tower of Ra, etc. So eventually tourists and others thought the names were from Egyptians living in the canyon before the biblical flood.
I spent twenty winters November to March between 1983-2003 backpacking the entire Grand Canyon. Never saw any ruins except for that of the indigenous peoples who made the canyon home for 1000s of years. And I've backpacked 15, 000 miles in its depths and rims.

In 1976, I carried my infant son on my back down Bright Angel Trail, and up the other side. I wasn't too long out of the Army, and in good shape. I thought. The going down wasnt bad, but climbing back out of that crack with my son and another 30 pounds of kit on my back was a hell of a climb.😮

If I were an alien trying to hide the entrance to my secret underground base... I'd make it look like a natural rock formation... 😉

Actually visiting the sites, looking at them critically, and debunking the most outrageous claims is just good video. Keep it up.

Beautiful Trek. I’ve never been to the Grand Canyon. Thanks for taking us along! Downhill from the rectangular opening, you can see the part that broke off and slide downhill.

I'm kinda disappointed you didn't go all the way out to the rock! From your distance I can already hear people typing that "it doesn't prove anything."

Super impressed with the quality of the video. Almost felt like I was right there with you on my 4k 50" monitor. The detail in rock strata at the GC is mind blowing.

Respect to Kinkaid for finding a giant secret Egyptian underground complex but not disturbing a single artifact to bring back as proof

I am an old man but I remember reading (don’t ask for references, long lost from memory) about many native tribes believe their ancestors came from the earth and a cave in that region of the Grand Canyon was were they came out of the earth from. They went on to build Chaco canyon and expanded eventually building the pyramids of central America, etc., etc.
very interesting adventure.

I've been to the South Side of the Grand Canyon several times over my life. Been to all the tourist areas and one thing I can say to people that have never been there is it's one thing to see these pictures and videos but it is a whole lot more Grand to see it in person. It's absolutely amazing. I have never been to the north rim. Unfortunately I was in that area in November 2012 and they had just closed it for the season.

Hey Jeff, thanks for another cool video! Just a suggestion from an old Arizona hunter, you may want to consider getting a high quality spotting scope and light weight tripod. It helps greatly when you want to get a closer look from a far distance. Vortex offers a lifetime warranty on their products, which are very good quality optics for a reasonable price. I enjoy seeing the growth of your channel. Keep on Trekkin'😎🇺🇸
