This kind of video is my absolute favorite to watch. I love learning why you picked the palettes and how you decide what you’re going to do. I love that we also get other valuable info about your makeup brushes etc. A chatty get ready with me is the best!! I hope you do lots more of these if you enjoy them too! (Oh and I despise shorts. I’m a long form content person!)

I agree with you with on the YouTube shorts, I do not like them, especially when it comes to makeup because I also like to see the whole process and explanation. I really like this video. I like watching shop my stash or get ready with type videos because not everyone can keep up with new releases and at least for me I don't have all the money to buy them. I get inspired from seeing makeup looks and using my makeup I owned already. Great video!

Please don’t feel the pressure of making short form content. I just make it when I feel like it or when I make a Reel using my App I may then load it to YouTube too when I remember. 🙄😂 I cross pollinate. I’m a long form content person too! I love long format and always will AND I LOVE your long format as I’m sure most people here come back here to you for. Short form has its place and ONLY it’s place. That fun but more fast “fashion” fast “food” type shallow content can NEVER take the place of long form detailed, deep knowledge, properly thorough reviews, GRWM, etc. Short form, though I enjoy it, it’s just not informational enough and I actually rarely watch makeup application or new makeup in that form unless to see up close swatches or product closeups AND only as supplements. I NEED long format to really get the jist of a product or even for GRWM, comparisons, Shop My Stash, routines, etc. Its just more human and I get so much community and humanity and learn SO much in the process that I can’t get with short form. Please don’t feel the pressure. I certainly do not. My life’s blood is long form! Lol!

Everyone else has already echoed my thoughts too. I think you’ve found your place in long form vids and your audience is being selected out. 🤓 Short form is fine for cute animal/comedy bits, but it drives me bananas for most other topics, especially makeup.

GRWM chatty videos are my favorite, even more than new release reviews or hauls. Those are fun and informative of course, but I prefer to get to know the content creator and products over a long chat. :) Even so, i hope you continue to make the videos you enjoy most making. Unless it’s going to be your job, keep your hobby as enjoyable as possible.

Also, I quite enjoy watching you pair eye shadow colors with your outfits. On my phone, your dress looked quite red when the video first started but in the end, the makeup look pulled out the more pink undertone and it looked amazing. 🌟

I personally enjoy your long form content. I also enjoy “get ready with me” videos just as much as reviews on new products. Creators using their products and seeing what they actually like is great. Also, if you don’t do this as a means of income… do what makes you happy. Who cares about short form content. It’s not the best in my opinion. It’s like a commercial in my opinion. A short advertisement for product.
