And to never use that new knowledge as a weapon against them. They've had a bad enough experience already and if one adds to that because they finally opened up it can cause them to completely close up and never seek the help/support they need. Stop being pricks and support eachother! Stay strong Bam Fam👊

THANK YOU BAM, YOU UNDERSTAND! Alot of ppl don't understand. they think negative of you as to why you are the way you are. They see it as an excuse when it's not that at all...✌️👍

I think we all should open more about our mental health to someone. I did it, it was hard but i felt some clarity in a way. Discovering your page bam has helped me think more clearly.
Thankyou.

So very true. It takes courage to be vulnerable about things we struggle with.

Yes! One thing ppl often don't realize is that taking the steps to open up & speak on it is a huge part of the healing process. We can't learn to trust if we can't allow ourselves to be vulnerable. Unfortunately, when that vulnerability is met with judgement, being treated as "broken" or attention-seeking, it can send someone backwards to further question their own judgement or ability to trust.
Compassion goes a long fking way.

Bam, that’s a beautiful message to those who might truly care, none of us (I feel) are looking for pity, we’ve seen, suffered and passed that point all on our own and built a life. But that’s very genuine and powerfully worded 💥
Much love and respect 🫡 Steve.

That is so true, … I hardly tell anyone about my life. It’s been a rough ride, and has made me the person that I am. It can be hard to let someone in, but often helps when you talk to the right person.

Amen brother! My husband has PTSD and it took him 26 years for him to fully open up to me. I knew it was bc he finally trusted me fully in part, and part bc he was finally ready to talk about it.
