World Cancer Day 2021: Together, all of our actions matter.

Показать описание
2021 – the ultimate year of the 'I Am And I Will' World Cancer Day campaign – shows us that our actions have an impact on everyone around us, within our neighbourhoods, communities and cities.
This year is a reminder of the enduring power of cooperation and collective action. When we choose to come together, we can achieve what we all wish for: a healthier, brighter world without cancer. Together, all of our actions matter.
Featuring:
A university graduate chose to have his own leg amputated after a suspected sporting injury turned out to be a rare form of bone cancer. Tests revealed Jamie had a 12cm tumour - the size of a grapefruit - in his lower leg.

Undergoing chemotherapy and radiation therapy, the mother-of-six was preparing for what she feared might be her last Christmas with her family. This video was shot on the 24th December 2018.
