I genuinely feel bad for those who get "scared" or think it's evil. Lemme explain, it's just a robot with GPT 4 integrated, meaning it's mimicking a character that was pre-written in it's memory. It can only generate stuff based on that character. If you ask it very niche stuff, it obviously won't answer it right / won't answer at all.
