District 742 Testimonial: Irene Pederson

Irene's husband, John Pederson, as well as her children, graduated from Apollo High School. John invented smart LED technology which includes LED visible light communication. On November 9, 2014 John and Irene fulfilled their vision to bring Apollo astronauts to Apollo. Seven astronauts visited Apollo, several of them embarked on NASA Apollo missions. The event was named "Apollo at Apollo."
