I want to share a writing prompt I did in a workshop a few years back. Complete the following sentence "I missed our date for the usual reasons..."

Another one:
“The girl who has never seen snow”
A girl from a south-east asian country suddenly gets flashbacks full of nostalgia from memories of a cozy winter night with her dearest soulmate. Despite never having seen snow, she starts reminiscing about the memories from the winters of the past that never existed. Soon, her heart starts to feel cold like the winter as more and more nostalgia keeps coming from this one life that she never had. The memories kept getting more surreal as the days passed, and it was clear that this was fate trying to tell her something, but she couldn’t decipher as these vintage winter nights were something she has never experienced. The nostalgia kelts getting sadder and painful, from sweet childhood memories of two young children in moscow, to the crying pleads of a woman in the snow begging the love of her life to return back from the war.

ok, just stumbled across this due to recommendations, and that last prompt made NO sense. THE HELL DOES IT MEAN???

You're a journalist sent to interview a well renowned scientist. When you get to the scientist's lab, you find his face familiar, the scientist shows you a time machine he took decades to build. He climbs in the time machine and zaps away for a few seconds. The scientist comes back as suddenly as he left and he tells you to look up Leonardo Da Vinci, you look up Da Vinci on your phone and find out the scientist looks exactly like Leonardo Da Vinci's self portrait.

When your looking for writing prompts and you find one that your interested in and then you go to the comments to get some more ideas but then you just fall into a rabbit whole of others peoples work and then you just end up reading it all?… just me or am I not productive????…
