How To Install Android 7.0.0 Nougat On A Nexus 6 Tutorial - No Data Loss

In this tutorial, I will show you how to install/flash the official (NBD90Z) Android 7.0.0 Nougat, not the beta. This will work perfectly fine on devices that are rooted, but you will lose the root. No data on your phone will be lost by doing it this way.

Thanks for the easy mod and update for nougat, but are you missing something for everyone to drop the extracted image folder content to Android SDK folder where fastboot.exe reside?

does your N6 need to be rooted for this tut to work? all I get when I dbl click flash-all.bat is "fastboot is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file" I do have sdk installed but I am new to this ofc

and then I run adb command.
"fastboot oem unlock"
and messge show is
"waiting for divice confirmation"
