I use the SKS because one it's cheap so if I die with it I'm not too upset and two if I do extract with it I sell it on the marketplace if I find something better. Most of the time I never sell my SKS just in case I wanna play around a bit.
Edit: sold my SKS no longer fun

I'm that timmy before, and i have many happy memories using that guns. Yeah it was good gun for lowtier or beginer.

It make me learn to be better at long range fighting again bot/olayer despite low firepower it have again some armor.

Sks is actually pretty good if you slap a muzzle and scope on it, rlly good recoil and you can snipe, aka budget mosin for the ungofly poor

Some funny story that happened not too long ago, I squaded up with a friend. Both of us wielding shotgun, deploy on Farm. Rushed the Premium Weapon Crate at Stable, which turns out becoming the MOST heavily contested location as 4 other squads also rushed over.

We wiped out 3 squads before I died from friendly fire (grenade), and my buddy killed 2 dudes from the fourth squad before he also went down. We straight up ran out of meds and never got a chance to loot because it's just one gunfight after the next.

And yes, it's literally just two dudes with MP-133, class 2 armor and helmet, with tier 2 buckshots (I think). *Do NOT underestimate low leg shots.*

To be fair, as a casual Timmy, Rat and Loot Goblin all at the same time, if I can bring home 30-50K loot wielding nothing but 5K shotgun/Micro UZI/MP-40, that's like infinite money glitch with extra steps.


Too many extra steps, but I get results, so there's that.
