Apple Watch 7: How to Force a Restart / Reboot

I show you how to force a restart (forced restart) on an Apple Watch Series 7. You typically for example if the screen is frozen and you cannot turn off the traditional by way of the power off slider. Hope this helps.

Nope does not shut off or on
All it does is show a lightning bolt and time every 30 seconds
