Kid who doesn't know klokov: 225lbs for 10? I could hit that.

*Doesn't realize that he's lifting damn near 500 lbs with snatch grip and using little to no leg drive as it is a stiff legged dead* fym

He has said his main focus is deadlifting, pressing and jerks. If your curious he has mentioned his max squat at 320kg and max front squat at 280kg.

Alex Khripunov - я работаю больше над спиной т.к. ноги и так у нас много работают в классических упражнениях. А еще для того, чтобы выдерживать хороший накрыв до подрыва к рывке

Incredible posterior chain - especially the lower back. It looks like his lower back are bent. But I bet it's just he muscle there are very well developed (looks bulged out). It's interesting he didn't lock out until last rep. Is there reason for that?

In his comment, Dmitry said that he doesn't believe in weightlifting belts and thinks they are self-deception. He prefers to train low back and abs every day a little bit.

yes, all back, esp. lower back. it's more like a halting deadlift. watch how his shoulders always stay in front of the barbell (looking from the side)

Deadlifts, snatch, clean and jerk all build massive ab strength. The best exercise for abs is knee/leg raises hanging from a bar.
