I remember this one very well. The Matt groening documentary they showed on the same night was a real eye-opener to a 9-10 year old me who had no idea how cartoons were made.

I possibly still have this recorded on VHS somewhere. I know I definitely still have the first 5 episodes taped off BBC1 including the premiere episode

Being a kid during the 90's, I remember The Simpsons being on BBC 2, I don't remember the idents, I watched some episodes on BBC 2, but i was lucky enough to have sky one, where they showed The Simpsons everyday
