I have a UX3404 with İ9 (13900H), RAM:32 GB and SSD:1 TB version, the highest configuration. I bought it 3 weeks ago. I am having a major problem with fan sound and temperature even if with daily use. It is impossible to work. What I mean by working is writing manuscript in office word and reading pdf. I am not talking about photo/video editting or running high demand programmes. I contacted with the asus support and sent some videos showing the high fan sound while doing daily use. I am waiting for their replys. However, it is really a bad start with a laptop with high-end configs and over 2000 dolars price :( . Even my 10 year-old laptop is less loud than UX3404.

Hello! I own ASUS ZenBook 14X OLED UX3404VA-M9015W. Aida64 shows a RAM latency of 160 ms, which is inadequately high. I am looking for the same owners to confirm or refute a factory “bug” or defect, although this does not affect the operation of the laptop at all.
