I'm a paramedic in Germany. Just wanted to say that this game is very accurate In it's portrait of medical details. When someone dies holding something you can't in fact remove it until you place their heart in a baby.

The corpse's hand gripping extremely tightly onto whatever is in it is actually accurate, but it would mean that the dude died about twelve hours ago, since it takes about four hours for rigor mortis to occur and it lasts around eight hours at room temperature. Which is entirely possible, judging by the lack of decomposition and the fact that the blood on his chest hasn't coagulated yet (it's still reflective so it has to be a liquid) so that guy was actually alive not too long before you got there. Better question is why the hell was he holding a tire iron while being operated on, or more likely, who arranged him in that position. Awesome video by the way, killing it as always.
