One of my favorite amps. Brings any guitar that’s decent to life. You can actually feel the music. I know that sounds cheesy, but go play one and see how it feels compared to everything else in the store.

I was lucky to find recently one of 15 Combo's. It was on display - demo model in one of the music stores in Montreal, QC. What I can tell you is that the amp is like some "canvas". What ever you throw- "paint" on it it will glitter-shine display. Also, I'm using it like a home amp and I was able to "tame" it with processor pedal with the master volume on it. Sounds amazingly full at a very low level. The amp is very quiet too comparing to some others... doesn't produce any hum at all when paired with stock pickups on all my guitars.

This is nitpicking, but you got the channels arse about; Chanel 1 is the 12AX7 (ECC83) channel & Chanel 2 is the EF86

I have one of these models, and if it doesn’t respond well to your guitar don’t blame it on anyone or anything. Move on to whatever suits you. As for me I’m pairing it with a Kendrick, or Rivera era Fender Super Champ/Princeton II (for American clean), while using the Artisan for British tones. It’s loud for a 15 watt amp.
