Diagnosis is paramount for resolving issues, really harder for social evils like caste system. Most social problems are rooted in culture. Culture is/was dictated by religion, especially in the past. Looks like this young lady did not even go there. She only talked about education. But Education is part of solution, not part of a problem. She did not delve much deeper into diagnosis.

I am born with three things which can not be changed my parents, my gender, and my CASTE. caste is first identity of person. Which is written as a title behind name and you are known from it in society when one ask you name they are not satisfied with your first name but they are interested in your title. First thing one ask is your name and next is full name. LoL. And u want to abolish cast.
