The perforator has four sets of perforation dies and a profiled center dies to hold the material to ensure a nice straight perforation. Pealing device at the exit insures that material will not get stuck and no ripping occurs. All forming dies made of hardened tool blade steel which will provide you with years of trouble free service. Male rollers are disassemblable, so you can run just one, two, three or four rows of slots. Useful when you are working with a narrow strip for thermal profiles. Designed to be used on Grade 50 and 80, 26 and 29GA full width, and up to 22 gauge with single roller set engaged. Power options 210-240v single or three faze. Speed is adjustable.
