thanks for the tutorial, and I followed it to the T, but.. I used the first option, used the 
online version, but it only produced slides headlines, not the second level bullet points. I tried second option, and when I tried to open the saved outline from word doc, when I try to select the file from powerpoint, it wouldn't let me choose the docx file. it could only choose html document or plain text... could you plz help?
