Kudos bro that's 18 mph! I hit 22mph for 1.24 hours no hills at all really 20mph for 45 minutes with big hills but nothing major 3 and half hours 18mph!🙌😵‍💫🙌

Did it twice last year 2:37:05 and 2:44:11. I wouldn't even consider myself an average rider. The key? Do it in a large race with plenty other people around, to take advantage of slipstream on a track without much elevation! :D
First time I did 100km on my own back in 2022 it took me 3:38:28 as well. ^^

Every stop counts to real time riding. Be true to yourself and train a bit harder. With a couple of month of structured training you will be there The material is already at its best so no need to change anything here. Work on you aero position and ride with more solid / constant power. With you weight you will probably need about 220W/3h to stay on target.

If you really did pump your tyres up to 100+ psi, you will go faster with a lower pressure that is just ridiculously high.

I biked 3 miles with my uncles bike that has an slow sprocket and rusty texture i know that its not much impressive but now my legs are shaking and the max speed is 10 miles per hour

im not trying to go this hard but i kinda wanna do something stupid... i wanna ride a bike to a friends house... not so bad right hes 3 states away LOL sooo ummm i needed some kinda refrence point too see if 100 miles a day was doable on a bike seems like it if i lose weight atleast
