Unbelievably soothing... I am a student and I am forced to get a maximum sleep of 4 and half hours a day... You know what? I manage it easily... In fact, I sleep at 12 and get up at 4:15(15 minutes earlier!) so that I listen to this before starting my day...  Everything looks beautiful... You begin to love everybody... No anger...
