Thanks a lot for this. I love Mania but the one flaw it has is that Blue Sphere Special Stages were not designed to be played at 60FPS. I can't tell you the amount of times I fail a Stage because of everything moving so ridiculously fast preventing me from reacting in time.

There’s an even better area in Green Hill act 1 using the checkpoint before the loop and the one in the tube area past the loop.

You can also go into debug mode and keep respawning the checkpoint.

i think this was patched in sonic mania plus. I tried it in GHZ2 and it didn't work

It's easier in Green Hill Zone Act 1.

I got a better method! Use that bottom checkpoint ( the second one you said) then go through the top path and get a checkpoint even closer.

got a problem. i have way over 25 rings and they still wont show up. i even erased all my progress that had all the characters with 7 chaos emeralds and it still ant working
