Anyone seeing this thinking "thats great! I'll do that!", please don't. Your arm/wrist/hand will be broken by the kick. Remember my sensei 30 years ago telling me he blocked a kick from a purple belt during a NO CONTACT COMPETITION and walked off with a broken arm. The only person throwing a kick like this will know what they're doing, so just try to get out the way and sweep the standing foot maybe. You'll probably just get knocked out though.
